“The Alexander technique really helped me during my pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. During the lessons I learned how to take care of myself, lengthen my spine and alleviate pressure in my lower back.
During my pregnancy the lessons were very helpful for me and my baby in the sense of feeling comfortable with the uncomfortable. I remembered that after the lessons I could feel less tension and a sense of space and lengthening in my body.
